03 August, 2010

In our endeavour to pursue focus on learning oriented curriculum at AKGIM, we have introduced our Fresh batch of PGDM 2010 students to the basics of the curriculum in the Induction Programme scheduled between 2nd August to 14th August 2010. The programme started on August 2, 2010 with the students registering for the programme and then attending the classes in full strength.

The Induction Programme is designed to bring students from different backgrounds to a common platform and build a common ground before they are subjected to the rigour of the AKGIM curriculum. It will also help them to develop successful working relationships with the peer group and understand the skills and action required to achieve a successful academic and career outcome.

The programme incorporates a variety of activities, such as group exercises, presentations, projects, lectures, workshops and informal social events. It introduces students to the AKGIM campus, the city, the  faculty. A few highlights  of the programme are  interaction with the top corporate executives and the  sharing of industry experience through various technical sessions.
