MANTIS is managed & led by Dr. Vinod Dumblekar in Partnership, association & networks with others professional are academics & researches in India & abroad. He is India’s most experienced authority & only researches in software-based simulation games.

Dr. Vinod Dumblekar, an MBA, Ph D is a trainer, researches, multi-disciplinary consultant & Management, teacher with over 3 decades of extensive managerial & entrepreneurial experience in commercial & merchant banking, finance &financial services, information technologies & Mgmt education.

He has held a variety of senior position as the manager of a commercial bank, professor, president &director in different organizations. He advises business & K-12 schools & organizations. He has written a book, & has published papers on simulations games, marketing, finance, learning & Management psychology. He is the general secretary of the simulation gaming association.

ON 17th Aug 2010, Dr. Vinod Dumblekar visited AKGIM Campus & involved students in games. He made students play various games like word math, sneak peek, maze, tingo & they  learnt how to deal in management environment.
