On 3rd September, 2010 the first ever Parents meet was held at AKGIM, Ghaziabad premises on a very encouraging note. Director, Dr Rajiv R Thakur and the faculty members welcomed parents of the Second Year students and held one to one discussions with them.
The main Purposes of the meet was:
- To inform the parents about the various initiatives taken by the Institute
- Inviting suggestions both from parents, how to further improve these initiatives with mutual co-operation.
The meeting continued for more than an hour and the purpose of the meeting was highly appreciated by the parents. The performance of each of the student was also reviewed and shared with the objective to improve the students’ performance. The response was incredible when they came to know about the conference, mock interviews of students and metamorphosis, guest lectures and student driven activities.
Parents joined over high tea with the faculty and staff of AKGIM and the meeting ended with the Director extending thanks to the parents who took pains to attend this meeting and made the event successful. |
